Anouar BEN KHALIFA, received the engineering degree (2005) from the National Engineering School of Monastir – Monastir university (Tunisia), a Msc degree (2007) and a Ph.D degree (2014) in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, System Analysis and Pattern Recognition from the National Engineering School of Tunis – Tunis El Manar university (Tunisia). In 2021, he received a university accreditation to direct research (HdR) from the University of Sousse. He was Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Engineering School of Sousse – Sousse university, Tunisia (Form 2007 to 2022). He is a founding member of the LATIS research labs (Laboratory of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Systems). He was the head of the Department of Industrial Electronic Engineering at the National Engineering School of Sousse (From december 2016 to September 2019). He was the Deputy Director & Director of Study (form December 2020 to July 2022).
He is currently the director of the National Institute of Technologies and Sciences of Kef (University of Jendouba) and the president of the ranking committee of the university of jendouba. His research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Image Processing, Machine Learning, intelligent transportation systems, and Information Fusion.
